The real fight is outside the ring. Alana is a transgender woman entering the hostile MMA world. Following a tragic childhood and serving in the US Special Forces, Alana transitioned and found community in Portland. After fighting her entire life, Alana is ready to fight professionally. She’s been attacked on the street and had guns shoved in her face, makes swords and knives, and fought in Afghanistan.
