Twisted Metal Season 1

Twisted Metal is a live-action TV series that draws inspiration from the classic PlayStation game series. Conceived as a high-octane action comedy, the show presents an original interpretation by the talented duo Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, known for their work on "Deadpool" and "Zombieland." The storyline revolves around a motor-mouthed outsider who is offered an opportunity at a better life. However, this opportunity comes with a catch: he must successfully deliver a mysterious package across a perilous post-apocalyptic wasteland. Alongside a trigger-happy car thief, he encounters savage marauders piloting destructive vehicles and other treacherous obstacles on the open road, including a deranged clown at the wheel of an all-too-familiar ice cream truck.
