Tropic

Lázaro and Tristán, 19-year-old twin brothers and inseparable friends, are jointly preparing for the demanding entrance tests of the Astronaut Academy. Their shared dream takes an unexpected turn when Tristán comes into contact with a mysterious substance that drastically transforms him – leaving him physically monstrous and mentally diminished. Faced with this heartrending situation, Lázaro must confront a new reality. He learns to embrace and love his brother in his altered state, navigating a world that shows little acceptance for those deemed monstrous.
