Tokyo Tattoo Girls

Following a calamitous disaster for the city of Tokyo, people now find themselves with strange powers granted by colourful tattoos. The city has been sealed off from the rest of the world and its people are now kept in isolation. It has also been carved up into 23 different wards to try and maintain peace with each controlled by a powerful group known as Kumi. These Kumi form the 'Union' and its rumoured escape from the now divided Tokyo is possible should someone defeat all Kumi.
