The Opening Act

Will Chu works in a job he hates and where he's not appreciated. His real goal is to become a stand-up comedian. Finally, he gets his big break - the opportunity to be an emcee for comedian Bill G. However, reality sets in as Chu learns how hard it is to entertain a crowd when he deals with hecklers, radio DJs who criticize him, and more. With all these realities hitting him, he knows that he'll have to work hard to prove himself. However, establishing yourself on the comedian circuit is extremely hard to do. Will Chu continue to follow his dream, or will he give up?
