Jupiter Ascending

From the creators of The Matrix, Jupiter Ascending is a Space Opera film, and is their first return to original screenplays since The Matric trilogy. The film is centred on Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis), a down-on-her-luck janitor and Caine Wise (Channing Tatum), an interplanetary warrior who informs Jones that her destiny extends beyond Earth. Supporting cast member Douglas Booth has described the film's universe as a cross between The Matrix and Star Wars while Kunis named its underlying themes as indulgence and consumption. Other cast members include: Sean Bean, Eddie Redmayne, Tuppence Middleton, Bae Doona, James D’Arcy and Tom Pigott-Smith, to name but a few.
