Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos

The terrain players will traverse is named Anthos, home to the Harvest Sprites—spirits devoted to protecting people and nature—as well as the Harvest Goddess, the deity of nature herself. However, approximately a decade ago, an unparalleled volcanic eruption in Anthos's geothermal region compelled the Harvest Goddess and her Harvest Sprites to exhaust their powers in order to safeguard the inhabitants. While the populace was saved, the eruption resulted in the villages becoming isolated from each other. Holding steadfast to the belief that the segregated villages and their people would be reconnected someday, the Harvest Goddess cast a bottle into the ocean containing a letter and a magical key, before succumbing to a profound slumber.
