Fugly!

Nearing college graduation, four impetuous friends are faced with adversity when an unfortunate accident subjects them to unscrupulous police officer Inspector Choutala. While the 20-somethings should be enjoying the final days of their carefree college-student statuses, they must take action against their adversary. Blackmailed by Choutala, the group finds their lives altered and their respective futures uncertain. Their crusade against the corrupt officer and the system influences a shift in their friendship dynamic causing the blithe students to face their impending futures.
