In the summer of 1957, amidst the high-octane world of Formula 1, former racing driver Enzo Ferrari faces turmoil. The threat of bankruptcy looms over the factory he and his wife, Laura, raised from the ground up a decade before. Their tumultuous relationship is further strained by the grief of losing their son, Dino, the previous year. Ferrari grapples with acknowledging his son Piero, whose mother is Lina Lardi. At the same time, the fiery determination of his drivers to triumph edges them towards danger as they embark on the perilous Mille Miglia, a grueling 1,000-mile race that cuts across the heart of Italy.
