Family Portrait

Set at the dawn of the Covid pandemic, "Family Portrait" centers on a sprawling family gathered for a group picture one morning. The plot thickens after the mother vanishes and one of the daughters grows increasingly desperate to locate her and proceed with the photo, while the rest of the family seems to thwart any attempt to assemble. Initially framed as a realistic depiction of a family during a chaotic summer day, the film gradually shifts into a more surreal narrative, where time and space become distorted. This transformation turns the family portrait into a solemn and mysterious ritual of transition.
