The second season of the series begins with the hunt for Malcolm Danvers. Elena and the Pack are trying to take revenge for the past, but are unaware that they will soon face a new deadly enemy, which threatens the existence of all their kind. Werewolves fall into a strange place that is filled with friends and enemies - it is called Otherworld. Also coven of witches will seek for help to werewolves. The coven's leader is calm and balanced Ruth Winterbourne. Friends also can't be sure that the witches are their allies for a long time. In this world, a very fine line between friend and foe.
