A possible two-seat roadster, and the most attractive variation of BMW's new compact platform by far. Over the last few decades, there have been a small number of agreeable roadsters out there with front-wheel drive: the nifty Fiat Barchetta; the final two generations of the Alfa Romeo Spider; and, of course the Mini Roadster. They were fun, but not associated with greatness. Perhaps the BMW Z2 can change that.
